neem bark vs. neem leaf applications

Please could you tell me the difference between the neem bark and neem leaf applications. I would be interested in getting capsules and tincture and as I usually use the leaf for general maintenance of the immune system I'm wondering if I should stick with this or also try the bark.

The research on the difference between leaf and bark isn't clear in terms of maintaining immune systems, but I would recommend using both based on what we hear from other neem users. We'd be delighted to hear what you think, so please let us know!

Thanks to Newbie and Moderator for answering the question I joined to learn about. I've used neem oil on plants and in products applied externally, such as soap, skin oils, etc. Now want to try it on the inside. -- Gail
